PUBLIC HEARINGS 

Please note that the public hearings listed below are intended to allow interested parties to submit public comments related to a particular draft permit. DENR staff will respond in writing to all relevant comments after the public comment period ends rather than at the hearing itself. So while the applicant has the option to present a brief statement at the start of the hearing, the hearing does not include a formal presentation or town hall style Q&A session.
